How do I place a commission?

To place a commission use the "order" form to fill out the required information, as well as provide any additional infromation you would like to include for your commission.
Once we receive your order form, we can discuss what you would like to order. We are not always open for commissions, but we open every few months to take new commissions.

Do I need to provide concept art?

Yes, concept art is required. If you are having trouble getting concept art done check out some of the artists we recommend as well as specifications: Concept Art

Can I order a partial now but get a body suit later?

Yes.

Do you make copyrighted characters?

No, we do not.

Can you send me some swatches of the fur you're going to be using?

If you'd like to receive a few swatches please let us know and we'll mail you some asap. We'll do this only by request.

Can I see any "work in progress" photos?

Yes. Please let us know in an email if you'd like to receive progress pictures. They will then be sent via email. We will send you pictures of the suit in stages, mainly of the head, feet paws and body. Work in progress pictures of parts such as the hands paws or tails aren't provided.

How long does it take for my order to be completed?

This all depends on what you order, our current queue and when your completion date is. If you want your suit or parts by a certain date, let us know, and we'll see if that can be arranged. You have a better chance getting your commission by the date you want by ordering ahead of time.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Money Orders

You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay us through PayPal.

Do I need to pay you everything up front, or can I make payments?

We accept payments for Heads, Partials and Full suits. Parts must be paid in full.
We accept payments in 3 ways:  
40% down followed by a monthly payment.
40% down, pay off upon completion
Pay in full upfront 

Do you offer discounts for customers paying in full upfront?

No, we do not.

Do you offer artistic freedom discounts?

No, we do not.

What happens if I'm unable to pay off my balance before my completion time?

If you're having problems paying off the last part of your balance, please email us and let us know. We'll work something out together.

How soon do I need to get my measurements to you?

The sooner the better. The latest would be 1-2 months before your completion date. Any later then that your commission
could possibly be pushed back a month or two.

What if I receive my items and they don't fit?

Let us know, and we'll work something out to get it fixed
ASAP. Mistakes on our part are free of charge to fix. Although,
if you've provided us with the wrong measurements, you will
be charged for changes that need to be made. Make sure to always double check your measurements.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location. We're located on the west coast, the closer you live the faster it'll get to you. Shipping takes 1-7 days depending on your location.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

We use FedEx and USPS.

Will my package be insured?

We insure ALL items.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped.
